The short answer
This website sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device.
There is no consent banner on this site because there is nothing to consent to. No page writes to your browser's cookie store, local storage, session storage or IndexedDB, and nothing already held there is read back.
That is measured rather than assumed. An automated check visits the site and fails if anything at all is found in any of those four places.
What the law asks
The rule that applies is regulation 6 of the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003. It is not about the word "cookie". It covers storing information on, or gaining access to information stored on, a user's device by any means, so local storage and similar techniques are covered by it exactly as cookies are.
Consent is required for anything that is not strictly necessary to provide the service the user has asked for. Nothing on the public pages of this website stores or reads anything, so the question does not arise for a visitor.
How visits are measured
Funding11 measures how this website is used through Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights.
Neither sets a cookie and neither writes to your device. Web Analytics counts a visit using a value the server derives from the request itself; it places no identifier on your device and cannot follow you to another website. Speed Insights reports the loading measurements your browser has already taken for the page it is on.
What is reported is aggregate: which pages are viewed, where visitors arrive from, how quickly pages load, and the coarse information any web request carries, such as the country and the kind of device.
A few actions are counted the same way: a page's main call being pressed, a form's first step being completed. Nothing is recorded about them but the page they happened on. No answer given in a form is ever included.
None of it is linked to you, none of it is combined with the details you give us in a form, and none of it is sold or shared for advertising.
The check on the contact step
Cloudflare Turnstile runs on the last step of the enquiry form, the adviser application and the document upload. That is the step where you give us your contact details. It is there to stop automated submissions. A form anyone can submit automatically is a form that stops working for the people it is meant for.
Turnstile is provided by Cloudflare and loads from challenges.cloudflare.com. It appears only on that one step; no other page on this site loads it. It is strictly necessary to provide the form.
Two limits on what has been verified, stated because they are limits. Turnstile's widget did not draw in the automated browser used to check this, so its network requests were observed and no cookie was set by any of them, but a fully drawn widget was not exercised. And anything Turnstile might store would sit against Cloudflare's own domain rather than this one, where this notice cannot speak for it. Cloudflare's own documentation describes what Turnstile does.
Signed-in staff
The administration area is not part of the public website and is reachable only by Funding11 staff. Once a member of staff signs in, two cookies are set:
f11_admin_session keeps that person signed in, and lasts twelve hours.
f11_admin_flow carries a sign-in through its steps, and lasts ten minutes.
Both are first-party, both are marked HttpOnly, Secure and SameSite=Lax, and neither is readable by any script in the page. Neither is set by visiting a page: they appear only when somebody signs in, they exist to carry out that sign-in, and they are strictly necessary for it. No visitor to the public website receives either.
What you need to do
Nothing. Since nothing is stored on your device there is nothing to turn off, no preference to record and no banner to dismiss. Blocking cookies in your browser will not change how this website works.
Changes to this notice
Funding11 may amend this notice. The version published at the time you use this website is the version that applies.
If anything on this site begins storing information on your device, this notice will say so before it does, and consent will be asked for where the law requires it.
